IMPORTANT NOTICE MMI has changed accounting software as of January 1, 2007. To pay online, you will need your NEW account number issued that date. If you do not have a new payment coupon book and would like to pay online, please email accounting and we will respond as quickly as possible. Until you receive new coupons, you may pay in our office or you may mail your payment to:

Owners also have the option to have their payments withdrawn automatically from their bank accounts. This eliminates the inconvenience of checks, coupons, and postage and ensures timeliness of payment.
To setup your Electronic Funds Transfer, print and complete the Assessment Payment Form and mail it to MMI with a blank voided check to insure accuracy in setting up your account. Your payment will be automatically deducted from your Checking or Savings account on the regular payment due date. All drafts are processed on the third business day of each month.
